Why is it that the room that we use to clean ourselves up gets to be the nastiest room in the house? AND, whose bright idea was it to make our freshening up room also the room where we poop and pee. GROSS!!!
BTW, I am DEEP cleaning our house today. Hence the wise ponderings! :-)

Daily Fun
Hannah got a camera for her birthday back in April and she has been having lots of fun taking pictures of anything and everything! She went to camp last week and got lots of good pics.

Well, last night, after Allegiance's bathtime, Hannah came in clicking a way. Here are a few of my favorite ones.

Been so long!
Over a month now since I last blogged...I thought I would be much better once school was out, but NOPE!
We had a great first week of summer two weeks ago. We call our VBS "Summer Smash." And it rocked! I led a group of fourth grade boys, Hannah helped with a group of second grade girls and Allegiance attended her own mini-summer smash. What an awesome job went into planning this thing. We had over 400 kiddos in attendance and 103 gave their lives to the Lord. It was my first time to get to lead a child to Christ and it was amazing!!!
This coming weekend we are spending some time at Celebration Freedom (the world's largest free Christian concert) were I get the privilege of being a Christian counselor who talks to kids about the love of Jesus! I am very excited. God is so good! Not to mention the awesome husband that I have that made arrangements for us to stay in a hotel right by the concert. Otherwise, it would have been a couple of hours of driving each day. YUCK! I am so blessed...
Other than that the girls and I have been keeping busy swimming with friends. It has been a relaxing summer for us so far, but it is already going by too quickly! Poor Rich is still having to work. I know he would enjoy the time to work on his tan. Though he is getting a pretty good tan by walking 3 miles every day. We got him a weighted vest (20 pounds) for Father's Day. He has lost over 30 pounds since last August and I am SO proud of him. He looks awesome!!! I can't believe he can walk with that vest in the heat and the humidity here, but he does it every day!
