Happy Fourth of July

I know...Independence Day is over, but it just wouldn't be right to not even mention it. We had a terrific day of resting, eating, fireworks, and remembering what a great country we live in. Hope you had a great one too!!!

Keri's Kids

I was so glad that we were able to see my good friend, Keri, and her little ones on our vacation. We met at a park and the kids loved playing with each other. She has three beautiful children, Gracelyn, Cannon, and Mason.

Baby Boy

Introducing...Cadel Gunnar Inskeep.
I had a post on my old blog about some friends that visited us here that were going to have a baby. Well, he is finally here and we got to see him on our vacation. He is a little darling. He loved being held by Hannah and I. He was just so TINY!!! It is amazing how quickly they grow...

Uncle Paul

Uncle Paul took the girls for a ride in his yellow Jeep. They sure did think that was fun! We also got to go look at Paul's house that he has been working so hard on. He bought his grandparents' house and has been fixing it up. It look just great! The girls especially enjoyed playing the piano there!

Pops or Nana???

It was hard to tell whether Allegiance was more of a Pops' girl...

Or a Nana's girl. I would say she had them both wrapped around her little finger! :-)

The Thinker

Allegiance was working on potty training while we were gone on vacation.
Here she is in deep thought on the potty!!!

Rich's Birthday

We celebrated Rich's 37th birthday while we were vacationing. We ate at Texas Roadhouse and went back to his mom and dad's house for chocolate cake with chocolate icing (Rich's favorite!). This was just two days after celebrating at my parents' house with chicken fried steak and an ice cream cake. We are almost always traveling on Rich's birthday since it falls right in the middle of summer. But this one was great because he got to spend it with family.

Vacation Swimming

Here we are swimming in Mom and Dad's new pool! It was so much fun!!! Hannah is just like a fish in the water. She could do handstands and flips in the water. Allegiance wasn't quite as fond of the water. She let me put her under, but she prefered the comfort of the big green floatie. Rich didn't get in the pool. He is not a big fan of the water. My grandpa, Pa, was there though and he did swim...well, mostly he just splashed all of us!!!
